Wybrand specialises in mergers and acquisitions, as well as general commercial and contract law. He has wide-ranging experience in negotiating and advising on complex national and cross-border transactions. He excels in creative and business-focused solutions.

Wybrand founded Conseiller in 2016. He saw a need among entrepreneurs for legal support while respecting the entrepreneur’s commercial interests. Conseiller was built on that foundation.

Wybrand was previously CFO and board member of a medium-sized Dutch law firm, where his particular focus was on mergers and acquisitions. Later he worked for a multinational based in the Netherlands, as General Counsel for the holding company. Before founding Conseiller, Wybrand worked as an investment director with an investment company.
