Sanne has been a part of Conseiller since 2018. She started at Conseiller after obtaining her master’s degree in Dutch law, with a specialisation in labour law, at the University of Groningen.

Sanne has gained extensive knowledge on general commercial and contract law. She has been involved in many due diligence investigations and therefore knows how to properly assess risks. In addition, Sanne has been involved in the creation of the international group structures.

Currently, Sanne deals almost exclusively with (international) mergers and acquisitions. Over the years she has gained a lot of relevant practical experience in relation to acquisitions of companies in various industries.
