After obtaining her master’s degree in Dutch law, with specialisations in company law and private law, Laura started working as a lawyer at a medium-sized law firm for several years. Here she obtained a lot of knowledge on company law and tenancy law. In doing so, her focus was mainly on guiding merger and acquisition processes.

In 2023 Laura made the move to Conseiller, where her knowledge in the field of mergers and acquisitions came to its rightful place. Her broad orientation in company law ensures that Laura gets to the heart of the matter quickly and clearly in due diligence investigations. Her specialised knowledge in the field of tenancy law is also a great added value for Conseiller’s clients.
