Z-Tech Solutions B.V. is acquired by Robotize B.V.

Robotize, the joint venture comprising Machinefabriek Geurtsen and Hollander Techniek, has bought Z-Tech Solutions. Conseiller assisted the shareholders of Z-Tech Solutions B.V. in the sale of their shares.

Z-Tech Solutions is based in Oldenzaal and specializes in robotization of production processes. Robotize is based in Deventer and focuses on industrial automatization and robotics, they aim to make production more efficient and smarter. The companies, and the experts working there, will therefore complement each other excellently.

The acquisition of Z-Tech Solutions will create a company with a higher production capacity that will gain an (even) better position in regional, national and international markets. Furthermore, the cooperation between the technical experts of both companies will enable further professionalisation and growth, enabling the advanced and integrated solutions of both companies to be offered to a wide range of industries.
