RRS Vastgoed sold to REMONDIS Smart Infra

The shareholder of RRS Vastgoed has sold its shares to REMONDIS Smart Infra. Conseiller assisted RRS Vastgoed’s indirect shareholders during this sale process.

The acquisition of RRS Vastgoed offers REMONDIS the opportunity to operate in a new market, namely the door-to-door sewer cleaning and unblocking, inspection and maintenance market.

RRS Vastgoed heads a group of companies operating under the trade names RRS (Riool Reinigings Service) and HRT (Holland Riool Techniek) in the field of private sewer cleaning and the examination, repair and maintenance of sewers and pipelines.

REMONDIS is part of the German REMONDIS group. The REMONDIS group mainly engages in services related to waste and recycling, and (waste) water management. REMONDIS group operates from more than 800 locations in Europe. In the Netherlands, REMONDIS mainly focuses on the collection, sorting and processing/recycling of various types of (hazardous and non-hazardous) waste, water management (including sewage services) and other recycling activities in the broad sense.
