Tenten Solar and MB Solar panels join forces

Conseiller has assisted Tenten Solar from Lichtenvoorde in reaching an agreement with MB Zonnepanelen B.V. in Bodegraven about a shared future. MB Zonnepanelen, a specialist in the field of solar panels systems, has joined Tenten Solar with immediate effect. The acquisition fits in seamlessly with Tenten Solar’s buy-and-build strategy and the ambition of MB Zonnepanelen to take the next step. The new group has national coverage and enables both parties to serve customers even better on the basis of knowledge, product portfolio and geography.

MB Zonnepanelen, founded in 2009 by Marcel de Bruijn, has developed in recent years into a strong regional player in the field of solar panel installations for private individuals and SMEs. “We have grown rapidly in recent years and have built up a good position in the market.
