Marketing agency Webton B.V. is sold to the Blue Dragon Group B.V.

The shareholder of Webton has sold its shares to the Blue Dragon Group B.V. based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Conseiller assisted Webton’s sole shareholder during this sale process.

Webton is a full-service online marketing agency based in Hengelo. Through its subsidiaries, the Blue Dragon Group also offers brand development and (online) marketing services. Webton will remain based in Hengelo. The founder and former shareholder will have an advisory role within the Blue Dragon Group
