In the summer of 2019 Quadrum Capital acquired a participating interest in DataExpert.

DataExpert specializes in fighting cyber crime. Right from the start the core activity of DataExpert has been aimed at the national security and government domain in the Netherlands.

Its forensic and analytical cyber security solutions are considered the standard for, for instance, the Dutch national police force and international intelligence services. Increasingly, the specialist skills of DataExpert are also used as blueprints in large corporations.

In the forensic security domain, DataExpert is the market leader in the Netherlands and Belgium in the public market. It also operates internationally in Scandinavia.

Conseiller acted as legal adviser to Quadrum Capital in the acquisition of this participating interest.
