Brakel

The company Brakel has been acquired by Kingspan, a company based in Ireland, a specialist in insulation panels and sustainable constructions. Conseiller B.V. was the legal advisor of the management of Brakel.

Brakel has been the market leader in the field of glass roofs, skylights and smoke management systems for many years in the Benelux and the United Kingdom.

Kingspan wants to broaden its portfolio to include companies working on sustainable solutions in the fields of daylight access, smoke and heat exhaust and ventilation. Kingspan has acquired the majority of shares from the investment company Gimv. The other shares have been taken over from the management team.
