BCC strengthens air conditioning position with Aircoshop acquisition
BCC electronica speciaalzaken B.V. has taken over Indoor Climate Facilities Group B.V. (and online channel Aircoshop). Conseiller acted as the advisor to Aircoshop.
The acquisition fits with BCC’s strategy to provide added value to her customer. The added value is realized through the enhanced range of indoor climate solutions and services. For example, BCC immediately starts selling and installing split air conditioning units for an optimal indoor climate at home.
There is a growing need for climate control solutions on the Dutch market. Partly because people are increasingly working from home, a healthier indoor climate at home is becoming increasingly relevant. With this acquisition, BCC expands its range of split air conditioner units. Thanks to the takeover, BCC will immediately start with the highest level of quality, knowledge and service.
With the acquisition of the Indoor Climate Facilities Group B.V., the sale of indoor climate systems is the next step for BCC, says Herman Bramer, General Manager of BCC in a first explanation. “An optimal indoor climate is becoming increasingly relevant in the Netherlands as well and split air conditioning units offer the perfect solution for this. This allows you to cool, heat or ventilate your home, whether you live in an apartment, a single-family home or a detached house. In combination with the expertise and service that customers are used to from BCC, we show that with this new step we have everything under one roof. In short, that we offer total solutions for the residential domain.”
BCC and Aircoshop customers can immediately benefit from the increase in scale. BCC and Aircoshop together form the largest supplier of split air conditioning with national coverage, more than 60 physical sales points and a strong online sales channel. Customers will benefit from fast delivery times in combination with a 24/7 technical maintenance and service organization.
