Antea buys largest insulation platform

Investment company Antea, based in The Hague, has bought Isolatiegilde, a company based in Enter and the largest insulation platform in the Netherlands as well as Alpine Isolatie, one of Isolatiegilde’s dealers, together with Buy-In Manager Tom Nijhuis. Conseiller advised the seller of Isolatiegilde and Alpine Isolatie during this process.

Through a network of 23 affiliated dealers throughout the Netherlands, Isolatiegilde is concerned with home insulation. This year, the company is insulating about 12,000 homes. The main office in Enter deals with generating leads, scheduling work, purchasing materials and ultimately invoicing. The independent dealers can fully focus on the core business and carry out customer visits and insulation work (roof-, floor- and wall insulation). Isolatiegilde further unburdens its dealers completely.
